I haven't finished my new website yet, so for now you get a 1990's style looking thing.

nil ARCBank.Transfer(authent, otherply, account, otheraccount, moneydiff, comment, function(errorcode) end) (Shared)

This function transfers money from account to otheraccount. It also checks if the specified accounts exit, if account can afford it, if otheraccount is within the balance cap, and if ply and otherply can access the respective accounts.
