I haven't finished my new website yet, so for now you get a 1990's style looking thing.
A user2 is identical to a user1. It's used in the transaction logs to determine the other player involved in an ARCBANK_TRANSACTION_TRANSFER, the player who was added to a group, or the player removed from a group.
